# Always On Demo

Live demo: upgrading the core with zero major downtime, thanks to active-active failover.

Celona's new HA 2.0 architecture moves to an active-active core, both cluster nodes active at once, with access points connected to all nodes simultaneously.

This demo shows two scenarios in action. First, a rolling software upgrade: as node one upgrades, traffic fails over to node two with only about 9 dropped pings total, versus the 4-5 hour maintenance window required under HA 1.0. Second, a hard failover test: pulling a node's cable live shows traffic recover in 10-15 seconds as devices reauthenticate to the remaining node.

**Result:** near-zero downtime for upgrades and sub-15-second failover, built for environments like factory-floor AGVs and hospitals that need five-nines reliability.
