Unveiling the next evolution of Orion, giving customers direct access to their network data so they can build their own AI agents.

At Mobility Field Day 2026, Puneet Shetty, head of product and field engineering, shared Celona's vision for the next generation of network operations through the evolution of Orion, its AIOps platform. Building on the foundation of Aerflex and success with large customers like Cargill, Puneet explained why the era of static dashboards is ending, and why autonomous network operations need to be rethought for an AI-native workforce.

At the center of that shift is Celona’s Build Your Own Agent initiative, powered by a new MCP service that opens up configuration data, time-series data, logs and events once available only to Celona’s internal teams. Customers can use their own approved AI tools to work with that data, starting from baseline agents and skills in Celona’s new agent playground, bringing Orion directly into their own environments.
