AI-Native Network Management Demo: Part 2

See how Celona Orion diagnoses and fixes a device connectivity issue in minutes, no support ticket required.

This demo shows Celona Orion performing on-demand device troubleshooting, going beyond the reporting and dashboard use cases shown in Part 1.

A smartphone can't connect to the network. Instead of a single skill, the AI chains together multiple specialized agents to walk through step-by-step root cause analysis:

  • Confirms the device is activated on Orchestrator
  • Checks the health of the access point
  • Verifies the core is healthy
  • Confirms the device is seen in the AMF logs, actively trying to connect
  • Isolates the root cause: failed IP allocation

Once the root cause is found, the AI asks for approval, then restarts the core service responsible for IP allocation. After a first attempt fails (expected behavior in this beta phase), a second attempt succeeds: pings resume and traffic starts flowing.

Manually, this kind of troubleshooting would typically require a support call and multiple engineers, one for core health, another for access points, and could take hours or even days for a severe issue. Here, it's resolved in minutes.
